No real story behind the can...just one of several different types of cans that I have been selling on ebay. Now that I have the picture thing working, I will put some for sale on here.
I offer quart can re-lidding, can rolling, lid stamping, and dent removal.

Congratulations! The first one is always the hardest. Now you have the power, let's see some pictures. We love 'em.
OK you other image wallflowers, we want to see you try to post your first image. Click on "Help!" on the lower left of most Shop Talk pages. You can upload your image from there. The page has the instructions. If you have trouble, click on the little postcard icon in the message and I'll try my best to make it work for you.

I don't understand what you mean by "My new camera has a different code under the pics" Explain that to me another way and maybe I can figure out the problem.
If it means that your new camera has a differen format, such as, picture.tif rather than picture.jpg then look in your camera owners manual to see how to set it to take jpg format photos.
One of the challenges with many newer cameras is the mega-pixel size of the images. Four or more mega-pixels are great for printing photos to get sharpness and detail. But when they are shown on a computer screen without being resized, they are way bigger than most anybody's computer monitor. Since the browser and the Web page components take up some space on your screen, images over 640 x 480 pixels are too big for the average viewer.
I recommend using a graphics editing program to resize your images. Many cameras come with included programs that can do resizing.
There is another way to resize for Windows XP users that doesn't require any additional software or techie knowledge. Click on "Start" Click on "My Pictures" (If your image that you want to resize isn't there, click on "My Computer" and browse around to find it) Right click on your selected image to get a menu and put your cursor on "Send to..." and click on "Mail Recipient" from the drop down list that appears. Click on "Show More Options..." Then select "640x480" and click OK.
Your email program should pop up with the resized image set up as an attachment file. The path for the image is usually shown so you can see where to go to upload it to ImageShack. Or you can email the image to yourself and use it that way.
