Didn't see it Dick, but that sounds perfect. One I saw was a Pepsi clock many years ago..... I like a good negotiation between parties, but once made, a deal is a deal - you DON'T try to renegotiate!

Dick, That last comment really did make me LOL! I must have as warped of a sense of humor as you, because I think that response is perfect.

My ex an I used to do flee market selling. When she was offered $.25 for a plate we had marked $.50, she picked up the plate and let it fall to the concreat, then just smiled.

I was selling a new woman's bathing suit(NOS- never been worn with tags-$35)at my wife's yard sale in 1983. She(my wife) was asking $1.00. A man offered me .50. He said that his wife needed one to wear to the SPA. I told him it was brand new...He lowered his price to .25 I tore the lining out of it and said "OK". He walked away. lol Dave

I voted #2 No way would I take a 1 cent less than the agreed price. His price now would be $200 if he calls back. That was a wast of your time to even be there to meet him.

Mick I think you know my vote.
Pull your wallet out, give him a buck towards the gas home. Tell him you know of a short cut back to his home, Give him good clear direction to Canada. : (
