ding ding ding ! figured DB would know ! Groetken 57 "Super Jumbo Visible" 5 gallon visible, 1924.
So, what's up with the top ? does anyone have a design or patent sheet on one of these ? The pic in the pump guide doesn't quite show me enough of what's going on.
I'm also curious about the cut outs, are these original for access panels or did someone cut these in ?
I guess in addition to any info or pic's I'm also looking for a few parts, a 10 x 20 cylinder if anyone has one, an outlet or gate valve (lever is broken off) maybe skin's, pump handle......
Thanks for any help ! Steve Z

I HAD a parts pump for many years & was unable to find parts, sold it to someone looking for the Hand pump mech. The year I bought it on my way to Iowa Gas, there were 2 others there For Sale [complete] & all 3 were a bit different. All 3 were #57's. GOOD LUCK on finding any parts.

Pretty disapointed that I get a fairly rare pump and there are no parts & little printed info on it....just my luck I guess.
Oh well, thrill of the hunt ! I'm sure I can find a cylinder (glass or acrylic) & I can fix the skins good enough to display.
Thanks for the info ! Steve Z

Ain't any fun in having a Common pump that can be completed w/ REPOP parts, sheet metal, etc. [Wayne 40/40A/60/70's, Tok 34/870/36/36B/39/39L/360/etc., etc. etc.]. What fun would there be if an H-1 was only $2000 new & Anyone could afford 3?
