My buy this week cost all of $4.50. Not very collectable for most people in Old Gas Land but is is signed by my grandpa Ralph Miller and his buisness partner. They were the local Sinclair distributors back in the day and a lot of the cans and stuff that turns up in this area probably at one time passed through their buisness. Anyway, I found this in a local junk shop today, saw their names on it and picked it up to add to the collection. 266 gallons of Sinclair Power X gas delivered cost all of $72.09. One other thing, the gas was $0.201 per gallon and the tax was $0.07 cents per, about 30%

First off, Kim that is a very nice firestone sign. Im sure it will look great with the curb signs you have.

Picked up this early havoline pennant on the reverse side there is an image of cans in a wood crate

And this clean pump sign.

Picked up the faces in Feb., restored a body about six months ago, picked up some rings in Oct. and put it all together tonight. Some things take me awhile but I get to them eventually.

I had a pretty good week. Have I told ya'll yet that I love Wayne 40's? This one arrived today thanks to another kind oldgas member! The Sunoco plates and strip are originals and fit the door perfectly and have not been cut. I have never seen another 40 with them though.

Bennett 256 Lighted Oil Cabinet ( I need the small upper side door )

Another nice Wayne 40 visi-gauge

Mike--Looks like you have enough 40's for a "TRIO" by now!
Shove them all together and get a picture!
