Trying to locate face plates for an old Rapid Dayton pump. Pump appears to be 1950s. Contact: Clayton 270-791-8619

As Phil said, you need to supply more than "appears to be a 50s."
Rapidayton made a number of pumps in the 50s. Many of them are shown in my Gas Pump ID book. But if you don't have one, go to my website: www.petrocollect.com
Go to the Gas Pump Literature section, you should be able to identify what model pump you have.

Or...if your pump has an ID tag, just let us know what Model Number is on the tag. Probably the easiest way to ID a pump.

Thanks for response....This pump belongs to a good friend of mine who owns a body shop. He picked it up at a yard sale recently. I will get the model number if still attached, or at least a photo.

I believe I have some faces for the 700 series as well as the sight glass.....if that ends up what you need.

Model number is 1510....Looks like the 1500, 1510 and 1520 may use the same face plate? If anyone has these for sale, please contact me here, or by phone 270-791-8619.

Thanks!
Clayton

I don't know what hell I was thinking in my previous post when I stated 700 series.

I believe I have a pair of faces for what you are looking for. I will have to look for them.

This is what I have. They are nice...each with one small edge chip...ad glass holders too. The ad glass is cracked in half. PM me if you are interested.

I wondered what that style ad glass went to. I see one on ebay listed over and over. It is on right now 281035536974

Can anyone with knowledge of the Rapid Dayton #1510 advise if these face plates will fit? Want to be somewhat sure they fit the pump before purchasing.

Thanks,
Clayton
