Sign Looks good overall Except for one detail.
No Makers Mark and date in the bottom center.

Never seen one without the IR-5# in the bottom point.

It's the first one I've seen without a date, but due to the style I still feel it is a 1950's sign. I noticed the missing IR mark right away too. I have not seen a questionable thin blue border plate yet, must be they missed the date code on this one!
