Anyody have an idea what the current value is on a set of letters for a tanker truck. I have a chance to buy some tomorrow and need an idea as to their value. They are mint and by a set I mean jusst enough to spell out TEXACO once. They are the larger onesfor the side and not the smaller ones for the back.

Thanks...Kevin

I offer quart can re-lidding, can rolling, lid stamping, and dent removal.

Wow. I am surprised there is a good value in resale of tanker grahpics.

Total cost of the graphics on each of these trucks originally was around $2500.00
Cheap advertising when you think of the millions of miles they travel on the Highway.

I have an old Texaco decal somewhere. Went on the back of the truck.

Truck Graphics do a lot more than advertise.
For the drivers, it makes it a lot easier to do their jobs. When people see a truck that says MARATHON, BP or whatever pulling into a Marathon, BP or whatever station, they relate the two and are more willing to make room for them to get onto the often tight lots. But, when they see a plain trailer.... all they see is "THAT DANG...*x&#!?>* SEMI" that is in their way....
