Hello
I have a wayne 100a pump that I've restored but was missing the data tag. I have a repro plate and am wondering what the UL code should be. Appropriate letters and numbers. It doesn't have to be exact just something to put on the tag.
Thanks

Stamp the date you restored the pump.

The 100-A was introduced in 1947.

Here is a correct Serial Number for 1947:

197209-BDAAQ (First number they used for the pump)

Years from now someone will look up this number and tell everyone he has the first 100-A ever built.

Dick,
I have a number or gas pump brochures that offer a pump without the UL tag, these are sold for less money. Any information?

Also, I always thought UL had to do with electric as their first name was Underwriters Electrical Labatories.

Do those pumps have electrical lights, motors?
