Good thing that both signs are poorly executed...readily stand out as fakes.

Question from a newb, can you explain how these are fake? Im not questioning that they are or arent I just want to know what you see that sets off the alarm.

For me the color of the oil is wrong and I don't think they made the outboard sign. Aslo, the T is jsut wrong. Hopefully Black T will jump in here.

The blatant things with the first sign is that it is a fantasy sign and look how crude the Texaco star is. Black back as well.

The blatant thing with the other sign is that it is not a flange sign and the black back.
