my cousin and his son were out in the mountains scrounging for car parts a few weeks ago and they found an old gas pump it was junk but it had this cool poreclan sign on it and under the sign was a SUPER NO NOX sticker they cut out around the sticker and gave me the sign and the sticker I done got the sign on the wall !

Exact year? No. Time frame? 1960's -70's. approx.

I'd find out exactly where that pump was and go check it out for myself. A "piece of junk" pump might have a visi, a clock mech, you just never know. Brady

For a 60-70's pump, it wouldn't be worth the gas. IT MIGHT have a Stainless Steel bezels & Porcelain faces that could be salvaged. No clock meter, visi etc.

Your No-Nox pump plate was used from 1963 to 1971. Prior to 1971 the No-Nox had no logo on it and after 1971 Gulf changed to decals.

...'the book' says 1963-1971, but it's probably closer to 1965-1971...prior to 1965 the No-Nox had no logo on it...


Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...
