NOT a FRY Drain Back. That has been ADDED to your pump from another visible.
The only Mae West that had a drain back was after they were completed by RUSH.

Your missing the Cover that was over drain back when nozzle was not locked up for the night.

LOOKS LIKE a DAYTON DRAIN BACK

If you are setting pump up as gravity flow ,some research supports correct Nozzle is a Morrison Bros. 126-b. 1in.

Gas Pump Heaven recast this Nozzle.

If you have all the "fingers"(5)and the regulator handle, take the drain-back off(my suggestion). Lowering the regulator handle and securing the upper front door would prevent anyone from pumping gas. If you add the correct "dry hose" nozzle they couldn't even get gas out of the hose if the cylinder was empty. Dave

Remove the Drain Back & restore back to original condition.
