Two questions. First best way to
Take off dried latex paint
From a Pennzoil oval tin
Sign. Second surface rust
From tin sign without
Ruining the graphics

Oil signs

Goof Off works good for latex paint, DO NOT LEAVE ON ANY LONGER than needed to soften paint. Start w/ small area till ya get a feel for working time. Mild soap & water wash then light wax.
