One of the people here on old gas has been helping me with the base to one of our pumps. I just need a little more help with finding the parts. Pictured is the pieces that I need for the door mech. I have the rod, flat bar that goes across, but am in need of the piece at the end and the bracket that goes to the base. A close up picture of those items would be great.

Here is a close up of the end mount. I would think with a little effort you could probably make the piece.

Now that I think about it, the picture above is probably for a cast iron base. I did not see any of the other style door retainers when I looked. I dont think I am going to be of much help.

Craig, here's what is still on the base of my tall 39 pressed steel. Are these the small parts that you're looking for?

Yes, that is the part at one end. The pieces that are triangle shaped I thought were original that I have are remade without a way to hold them down. A close up of them and would be great also. Thanks Craig

Yes great picture of that. Thank you. Do you have a picture of the end where it mounts to the frame also. I can alter my part to fit the frame now.

Okay Craig. This is how it all hooks up. Not like the mounts etc. on the cast iron base. The flat bar simply hooks onto the 'bolt on' base part (see previous photos) & does it's pivoting there. The other end hooks onto the vertical rod apparatus. That rod assembly bolts onto a vertical frame member. That's how it gets solid stability. Hope this helps!
