I am restoring a Tokheim 39 Tall and have a question about the hinges. They are the type that weld directly to the door. The welds have failed and they are now bolted on. One door, the two holes that mount the door to the hinge are on top and the other door is exactly opposite. Should they be different and if not what is the correct way to weld them on? Thanks

Drill two or three holes in the hinge, place it onto the door in the correct place (double check) and plug weld them on.

Thanks for the welding tip Ryan, but I was wanting to know how to mount them? One door looks like the hinges are upside down. Should all 4 hinges be the same? I wish I had a way to post a pic to better explain it.
