Picked this up this week,I think they would demonstrate car wax with it,anyone have any thoughts on it? Thanks,Ron

Neat cart, never seen one. Would look great restored. Looks like maybe something else bolted to the top though.

I never saw that one , I had a Simonize with a lid that you stored the buffer and waxes under. Had a rear axle and handle.
There was a rubber cover on the lid so you could stand on it.
Probably the same idea as yours.
Nice piece you have there.
