Tonight on Antiques Roadshow they visited the American Sign Museum. Most of the time spent inside the museum was about a Pure Oil Gasoline double sided neon sign.
The sign was built by Flexlume in Buffalo NY who started in 1904 and are still operating.
It was nice to see something gas and oil related on the show tonight.
I hope others saw it or can find it online.

Looked like it should of been a signal sign. The pure sign looked out of place on the rest of the sign.

see me at Mason Dixon Gas, Spring Carlisle M114-115, and Hershey C4E-35.

I did see that part of the show. They could have shown the full hour of the museum and skipped the rest of the usual show.I do not have even one neon sign, so it was pretty glitzy to see.

The sign museum looks like a place to visit. The Pure top round sign did look out of place with the colors of the bottom part of the sign. Does anyone know if the bottom did in fact at one time go with a different company?
