I need some advice or recommendations on the best way to hang this pegasus. It will be hung about 8-11 ft up on a wall, which makes it a little more challenging. I believe there are 8 mounting brackets on the back. I can't imagine trying to get screws or nails postioned exactly right to match all 8 brackets. Could I maybe just use two or three? I was thinking of then maybe using a chain from the ceiling or higher on the wall for additional support.

Thanks for any suggestions you may have!

I have wood walls, and I used big wood screws that had large square heads. Screw them nearly all the way in leaving just enough space for the brackets to slide on. 3 secure brackets will be plenty. No way the horse will fall! Good luck.

Thanks everyone! And, thank you for posting the link to your thread, Mike. I never have luck with the search function, and that is very helpful. Also inspirational, as the task seems a bit daunting, that I could easily leave it sit on the ground. But it will definitely look better in its place of honor!
