The second one pictured says 1934 and based on oil can books this holds to be true and a very very nice piece!!
But the first one, which looks to have been a flange sign, and my guess based on the text style in "waxfree", seems to me to be even older, I think is very nice, very cool!! I don't know about that price though, but I like the age in this piece! Just my opinion. What a shame someone bent it up at some point in it's life.
