i bought a few eco air meter wall mount brackets and one is alot lighter
than then the other are they repro thet are all rusty and covered with paint
im gonna sand blast them tonight and see if there are any markings.
collect jenney, independent oil co. , underhay oil co , valora motor oil and other massachusetts brands.

The ECO wall mount bracket was never reproduced. From around 1948 to the mid-70s they were made of steel. During the mid-70s Bennett went into a lot of cost savings and changed the mount from steel to aluminum. it has a few weird marking on them

Never saw the need to reproduce the wall mount bracket, I have about 25 original steel ones that nobody wants to buy already.

i guess i don't matter was just wondering if i restore a air meter and use the base if someone asked about the markings

I have restored over 300 of these meters, never had anyone ask me about any markings. If you do a great job, nobody ask you anything, that just thank you.
