Does anyone else collect the Swing-spout pour cans? If so are your related to Oil Company's?

I now have 3 sizes of them; 1Pt, 1Qt and a 1/2 Gallon (that I won on Ebay this AM)....

All of mine are stamped Associated Oil Company and the 1Pt. has been stamped each year from 1926-1942 (1926 is the earliest stamp I can read).... Not sure if it was stamped by a "local Community" or by a "State Regulatory Organization"?

Anyone have swing-spouts stamped with Names from other Oil Company's?

Sam, that is a fantastic looking can!!! And it is in great shape (especially when compared to mine... LOL)

Travis, they really are interesting cans.. Especially if one hasn't seen them work before... As the spout; actually drops down to make "oil filling a vehicle" easier...

Man, that is another great looking Shell brand can, Hawkike!!!

I know/knew the Associated cans were/are "plain jane" looking.... but, wow!!! LOL

Found another on Ebay... This one is a "plain jane" like the Associated, but is marked Union Oil...
