I picked this up this weekend and can't find anything on it. I'm starting to think it might not even be for a gas pricer sign but that is why I'm asking you all. It is a heavy, thick porcelain with 2 brass grommits, 5.5" X 9.25". From the research, it looks to be 30s or earlier? I appreciate, in advance, any info anyone could pass on to me. The porcelain is thicker like from the 30s or before ,and up till when did gas stations even use a half cent after the price? I can't find it after the early 30s but I have not really dug into the research yet. Thanx for any input!
