Had a few Oldgas guys say its right.Others question it.Painted tin.Dated 4-61 and says made in USA.12x18.Any thoughts?Thanks.Mark

It's good, hard sign to find for as new as it is. I was told that these sign were only used in the north-east US. Dan

Interesting about the NE US theory.

I bought a matching round logo one, just like Mark's, from a Texaco collection from New Jersey a few years ago.

Just noticed that grommet holes at top and bottom are in different position on the two signs.

The Guide to Gas Pump Restoration book shows a of 1963- 1967
on the round Texaco logo and shows the grommets in a different position also.

These books have also know to wrong also.

First time, I`ve seen a Texaco pump plate with the mounting holes positioned like that first sign.
