I have a chance to purchase a pegasus sign. The size is approximately 5' high, 6-7' wide. The neon is missing. I think it is a cookie cutter, i.e. surface mount and stands out obout 4 inches. Three or four chips 1-1/2 inches on the edges. What do you think the value is.
Thanks,
Ed

If the horse is bright and shiney it can go up to as high as $3,000. You mention neon. Does the horse have holes for neon? If so the price can go higher. If not then Rex is correct and you should figure $2000 low and $3000 high

Thanks guys.
The pegasus sign is the one petro item my wife has always wanted. On the way to dinner tonight we stopped and bought it, $2000. Yes it has two holes in the lower wing for neon. The actual size is 6' tall and 7' wide, two piece. I passed on the 36B (with top-DB) for $875, the pegasus cleaned out my budget for now. The two piece split on this sign is between the wing and tail, not just the legs.

Pegasus (Richard), do you have any pictures showing the neon setup?
Again folks, thanks for the speedy replys.
Ed

Sorry folks,
I looked at that pump in the dark last night and I seem to remember it had trim down the corner so it may be something like a Bennett 76, Not a 36B.

Sorry Ed...don't have any pictures that would help. I haven't seen many cookie cutter horses fitted for neon....if the sign's in good shape, sounds like you got a good deal. You might contact Ron Bettin to see if he can help.
