I came a across a couple of these signs. One is round with a yellow background, the other has a white background with a square body. Are either/both/neither legit?

Round one should measur 18" across the circle part and should have a date on the base. The repops that look identical to this one are GM and should say reproduction for general motors on them. The square one is a repop.
