I want to restore an Indian pump and PCM's Guide shows the pump to be solid red; however, all the Indian pumps I have seen in person and on the internet, except for one, are green or a combination of blue-green, which I must say seems more striking. Is the green or blue/green just artistic license or what?

Granted, the all red pump is not too pretty but it was correct for Indian, in the day. Having said that, I always paint Indian pumps green/ white/ etc. depending on my clients instructions. Paul www.severngaspumps.com
