Wes,
"I know nottting" as Sgt Schultz used to say-so I went to Google. Apparently it is an outfit out of Rockford IL. They have a killer red version of your sign. They are famous for being used in a '38 Indy winner.
Like the eagle, it is well done. What is the size of your sign?
