I think this is an American pump, but I don't know the year or the model. The cylinder base is different than other American pumps I've seen. It also has a drain pull on the side.

I found a Fry Mae West 117!
Now I need orig. parts!
Base doors, cyl. rods, skin & base bolts,
reg. fingers, conduit pipe, light arms & shades, & more

Looks to be an American. Could be either a 2427-V or a 2377-V . Ed Shaver

The car is a 71 cuda. The previous owner had a shelf overturn and I think he said an intake, battery, and some other stuff fell onto the trunk and broke the spoiler, dented the trunk lid, damaged the tail panel chrome and the bumper. He had a trunk lid off of a 70 cuda with the spoiler on it, so he had the lid painted and left the spoiler. He didn't want to spend the money for new chrome trim, so he removed it and the cuda emblem and had the panel painted. Either the body shop or the owner lost the cuda emblem. He also replaced the rear bumper. It originally had the exhaust tips coming through the valance, but he replaced the exhaust and didn't want to spend the extra $200 to replace the tips. I haven't done anything to the car except to put on new tires, the Cragars, and a battery. I've had the car for over 10 yrs and have only put about 200 miles on it. It hasn't left the garage in over 4 yrs.
Enough about the car.
I'd appreciate the help on the model and yr of the pump though! lol
