Does anyone know where I can find a pole for a 42" gulf sign? In VA or NC.

Good morning ,
Is that for the ring with the scroll-work on the bottom. If so...I believe that is just a straight pole. Help us out here experts...Thanks, Dave

You need ring, light arms and a pole. You can get a pole at any sign shop. The light arms can be fabricated once you have the sockets and porcelain hoods which can be found here or on Ebay.

I have seen a few of these and all the poles were fluted.

...they used 4 x 4 wood posts; they used round posts; they used posts that started round and transitioned to fluted; and they used fluted posts...

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

Way too cool. I have only seen 6 or so of these and all were straight round poles except for one that was roof mounted.Neat. Thanks, Dave

The ones that I have seen were of varying length. The poles were cemented in the ground. They did not have a leveling flange on the bottom like a lot of sign poles.
Let's see some pics of 42" Gulf rings with poles ?
