Sorry about that title but I just couldn't resist!! grin

Anyway, I started light wth 409. Then GooGone. Then carefully stepped it up to C.L.R. And finally paint thinner. Nothing really put much of a dent in it. Granted I realize some of it is rust from beneath, but there is definitely something on it.
Any idea's?
