Texaco pulled out of the Sacramento market a no.of years ago.Today while east bound on Hwy.50 at the Bradshaw off ramp i saw a station that has been an AM-PM for many years now branded TEXACO.Good to see the "STAR" again,even looks better without all the black.

It is cool to see signs pop up in parts of the country where they're not "supposed" to be. I was driving through Colorado in 1986 and thought I was hallucinating when I saw a Getty truck stop. Of course they were absorbing Skelly at the time.

Pure is back in the South now. That's just crazy. There are Atlantic stations on the east coast I think (in the 90s they were back), I don't know how that happened...
