I am in the process of restoring an Erie in Sinclair, and a family friend has an authentic Sinclair globe in good shape with the exception of a small chip at the base. It is what I call the more common globe with the dinasaur. I have not thought about collecting globes, but by the time I buy a repop and freight, it might not be a bad idea to but this. I told him I have seen them for about $200 in good shape. Is this a fair price ? Thanks, Brady

That's cheap enough... i agree by the time you buy a repro why not spend a little more money and have an item that will go up in value instead of down. I bought a couple of repro for my pumps and decide to put originals and tried to sell them... took a loss. Unless the pump is going to sit outside then go with a repro. Roger you should them for that price.

Looking for anything from Hoosier Pete, Platolene 500 and Red Bird.
