These 4 Conoco signs were used to roof an outbuilding of an old Dairy Farm. The buildings were built in the early 1900's - we do not know when the signs were put on. We also found some round minuteman signs and a few others.
The signs are not for sale but I've searched around and have not found any like them and don't know where to get more info. I'd like to know more about their production and their value.

Thanks in advance…

Here are a couple more signs they found on the farm, burried on top of the septic tank. I think I am going to go by a farm now and start digging!

Wow!

Is the curved mark on the Minute Man sign just the rust line from the edge of the Ethyl (or another) sign? If so I bet it will come off...

Wes, the curved mark is from where another sign was on top of it in the ground. Pretty neat. Should try and clean 'em up.

Thanks for all the help... its been great..

Although I'd rather not part with any of the signs - my folks (who own the farm) have decided to sell ONE. Not sure how they're going to go about it - but there will be one on the market )o: But I guess that's the good thing about finding multiple

Great find Sisco,
There are several Conoco collectors in the area including me. Once you figure out what your plan is to sell one, shoot us Conoco guys an email so we can hopefully keep it local. Here's a few of my Conoco signs.

That may be true Ric but I'm the guy who likes all the Minute Man stuff....thought you prefered the "newer" Conoco items.
