I really doubt if he is a shill bidder... A a shill bidder most likely, would have "popped it" up close where it would normally sell...

I've seen a "ton" of these guys in the last few years. They have been crawling out of the Woodwork, since the Pickers "hit the air".. Bidding up the items I have the initial bid on. And oh so many of them; use the "infamous" $2 bidding technique... LOL
