Update...the seller was out all day and just sent me an email. He feels bad about the situation, is taking full responsibility as a lesson learned as a new seller/shipper and is offering a full refund, as he should. I will go to the PO Monday and refuse the package so we won't have to worry about more shipping costs to refund. Glad I'm working with a decent seller in this situation.
