That's what I dont get about that show. With the low prices that they were buying things for, you would think they would buy ever sign in the yard! And it's not like they don't have the money. They dump 10's of thousands on bike parts. It all looks like guaranteed profit.
I'm sure there is a degree of fake to it as many say. Still like watching though!

This was from Fleming's Junk Yard in Egg Harbor Township. It is down near Atlantic City. It was all for the show because Harry usually does not sell anything.

Google Fleming's Pumpkin Run to bring up pictures.

Because THE SHOW IS FAKE...not 'a degree of fake' - just FAKE...

...let's try this from a different angle: what about the show do you think is real?

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

As per Mark (Gulfiend) This show is all fake. they had an article in the Mopars collectors guide where in an upcoming show they find a Plymouth Superbird. Mike and Frank are not long time friends that grew up hunting stuff. I forget what Mike does but Frank has a antique store in like Virginia and the girl has a clothing store in Chicago and is a Burlesque dancer that is a friend of Mikes. It's all a joke that can be filmed for pennies and make Millions. And I know it has been discussed before here but they don't buy anything just set it all up that way.

Thanks
Mike

I have been to thier store in Nashville. Perhaps they don't buy anything, but I remember finding things in thier store that I had seen on an episode.

Mike,
Yes you could buy some things although most of the cool stuff like the old motorcycles were not for sale. Solely for decoration.
I was a little disapointed as 80% of the stuff was, coffee cups,t-shirts, hats, license plate frames etc.
The huge cowboy boot was in the store along with a sharpie for people to write thier names on it.

This is one of the questions I have always had. If they are such big buyers and sellers, why can I not get to the items they pick so I can buy them? What, I have to go to their store? They don't have a website with tons of picked stuff for sale? It seems ridiculous!
