I seen this sign last year at a antique show and while I liked how early it was,I did not like condition, the guy who had it there tried to clean it and ruined some of the blue trying to get the rust stains off and I had to think about it and when I went back it was gone oh well, so it goes, then I run into a buddy and he bought it as he also liked how early it was. fast forward a year he calls me up thursday as he's going to a swap meet to set up and wonders if I want to look what he's bringing no brainer there, so he had this sign loaded I still couldn't really decide but decided at least its a early fence hanger.

So then last Friday night sittin drinkin a beer I look at this sign reading the makers mark and it hits me. same company that made the early deco lightbulb sign I have!! bolted right in and patina fits

Picked up the Diesel Fuel sign to add to my collection of Fortune pump plates. It is slightly larger and made of tin versus porcelain with the other two round signs. The white and green sign is from a different company.

Great buys everyone!

We added some nice quarts to our collection at the Iowa Gas show last week, thanks to several Old Gas members who were great as always to deal with!

My first craigslist wanted add for unrestored gas pumps. I put it on a month ago and forgot about it. I got a call last Saturday about two pumps that go delivered to a farm by a fuel oil delivery guy to the family farm in the early 60s. I got these two bennets regular and premium cities. Hope you like.

Thanks,
Nic
