Appears to have the mounts on the bottom, never golfed a round in my life lol, putt putt yes smile.Only picture I have sorry, can't close up on the tag.

It may be a pump for a oil drum or a small lubester. That's what it looks like to me

Lol, this town is known for it's slaughterhouses and that's about it smile...and the square dances of course! The smell could have come from either.
