BEWARE- I got email from someone looking to buy Gulf item i had in year old Old Gas Ad- Man was looking for anything Gulf- I sent pic and after a few emails we agreed upon 250.00- called me once through ATT oprerator assist - this is for Speech Impared or Deaf people-man was overseas- france possibly- I didnt have to worry about shipping as He would have his forwarding agent contact me for Pickup- Next email stated He would have his agent contact me- He Had a bank check from US customer of His for 4000.00 When I got the check would I help him out and forward diff to Him Via Western Union I replied that this was an old scam And i wouldnt do it- the bank checks that you get are later found to be Phony- You would be out the 4000.00 plus your parts if they were picked up- This scam works- a man not too far from me had a car on ebay- he ended up loosing car plus 13,000 dollars diff- My Son- sales Manager at Ford dealer also had overseas Customer try same thing- He actually got check Drawn on Bank Of America- called them and found Check to Be Bogus- this came from Africa-BEWARE this is worse than a 29.99 repro sign selling for 100.00-don
