Anyone ever see a Wayne 70 with this assembly on the side?? It appears factory but did not see it from the inside.

The lever on the top right has an arrow on it and it reads money on the top, normal on the right side which it is pointing at in the picture and gallons on the bottom. The top right lever has no markings. The reset is broken off but has another type of lever behind it. Then above that there is a small window with a glass and behind the glass it appears to have a moving dial that has value and gallons on it with a cutout in it and reads .9 in the picture. Above the little window there is another larger type reset or turning dial of some sort.

Saw this at a swap meet and it looks like any normal Wayne 70 other than this setup on the side. I didn't buy it but maybe I should have just because of the setup if it is factory.

Never seen that but it is VERY cool in my opinion! I'm kinda partial to Wayne 70's for some reason. One of my favorite pumps.
