I've been sitting on these photos for a while. I finished up this pump in May. I just never posted photos of it. I picked up this Erie 77 on craigslist. I thought it was complete, until I tried to put it back together. I had to make so many parts for this one.

Here's the final result. This thing was so broken and missing so much. I didn't know these things had to have a window frame, and had to come up with a solution for no frames, then the sight glass wouldn't fit, and the hinges were broken beyond use, the latches didn't work, and so on and so on. This was the never ending project.

Mike , welcome to the wonderful worl of FABRICATION ! Look, I made parts for gasoline pumps and cars over the years . My health won't allow me to do this kind of work but every once in a while now .

Meanwhile , I'd say you're efforts really shine ! Great job . Ed Shaver

see ya on the road folks !
