AHHHH Sensory overload,,,, TOO many things in the top picture that I want!!!
See if the Font matches up with that one that is by the door. If it does then they are probably close to the same year.

Thanks Dave, did a bit more research and found out that Burdick was a sign manufacturer/distributor from 1895-1950 so I'm going to take a stab at it and say that maybe this particular sign is from the 1940's?
Would appreciate any other thoughts on it as well.
