Are there repro gallon markers that will fit properly inside a Model H tank? If so, who makes them?

What size plastic tank fits inside the Model H?

Who repros the threaded rods?

Yes you can get repro gallon markers and the threaded rod for the Rush H. I believe the correct cylinder size is 12" by 27". Try Ron Scobie, Vic's 66 or Gas Pump Heaven.

I'm not aware of anyone making Repos of the correct indicators & Generics are just that, GENERIC.
IMO, IF your going to the trouble of restoring this pump, replace Glass w/ Glass & place a Want To Buy in that forum for Original parts Before buying any Repop parts. In the long run you'll be Happier & Money AHEAD.

Thanks to all for the information. I think there are too many original parts missing for the asking price, but I don't have enough experience with restoration of visibles to know that for sure.
