Picked this up from a guy who was into marina boat repairs but he didn't know if it was real or fantasy. Anyone seen these before? I'm familiar with the older ovals but not this one.

It's 12" across and domed like the old Coke buttons but no mfg name. I did look online to see if I could find similar, but other than one on eBay with little description I couldn't find one. Is it real or fantasy?
