I recently purchased a Milwaukee Tank Company Gas Pump at an auction. Someone told me it is from around 1914 and a Type 37. Does anyone know a a good book or website where I can find out more information on this gas pump?

I date the pump at 1915. It is listed on my website (www.crspub.com) but sorry, no picture. I have a great deal of information available on this pump, please let me know what you need and I will let you know the cost of copying it. I will sign a book deal soon, on a book that identifies around 2000 gas pumps, look for it around the first of the year 2002.

Author, 1st & 2nd editions of Gas Pump ID book, 3rd edition is now available at www.gaspumpbible.com

The Type 37 was referred to as "The Standard Roadway Filling Station". Does yours have the accessory "Visible Measure Gauge" near the hose outlet? If so that's a rare item. Ron
