He wants stuff in good condition. It does not matter if it has the neon on it or not. He said it has to be at least 4 ft. wide or tall. Can pay top dollar!!!!! Goes great in the right set up for classic car collectors. It is porcelain double sided and in excellent condition with neon working. One transformer needs to be replaced.
