I will admit that one of the "highlights" of going to the local Garages when I was a youngster was because of the pin ups... (and my little Community seemed to have an abundance of "shade tree mechanics who had "working garages")
Those pin ups and the "Men's Magazines" (not playboy) that my Dad read and kept in his bedside nightstand... Were a good foundation of youthful knowledge about the "opposite sex".... LOL
As Chuck has noted,from the late 1940s through the mid 70s, these pin ups were the norm...
In my garage, I have hanging; An original 1955 Marilyn Monroe nude calendar. Besides, the fact I like looking at the calendar, it reminds me of my youth....

In regard to Miss Lube Rack being someone famous, about 2 months ago I received e-mail stating she was Nancy Pelosi. Don't know if true or not. Raymond

Miss Auto Accessory is very pretty. But don't you think the rest of the people in that picture are fairly creepy? I would dread doing business with any of them in that photo. Except for Miss Auto Accessory, of course.

The last update I received was that it was not her. She was 11 when the Miss Lube Rack picture was taken.
