I am hopeful that I will have a chance to purchase this clock that I saw today and hoped that I could get an idea of what is a fair value to pay for it. It measures about 27" in diameter and when plugged in the clock works perfectly. However, there are wires loose that perhaps were related to the neon portion of the clock? In any event, the neon inside does not work, however is all in one piece. I am guessing that perhaps there is a neon tube missing that wrapped the circumference of this clock on the outside? Figuring that is the purpose of the two holes on the bottom front? Anyway, what would be a fair value on the clock and how much cost might be associated with any neon problems should I purchase it and want it functional? I know that is a tough question to answer, but thought i might get some knowledgeable thoughts anyway. If I don't purchase it because of a lack of funds, I am hopeful to give the seller some quality info to better help her sell it for a fair price in the near future. Any help would be appreciated.

they call this a clevland clock.....it should have a neon ring around the outside and one on the inside...in my opinion a fair price would be $300-$500......each tube should cost $45-$65 and a transformer about $65.....hope this helps.......

I am assuming this would not have originally been brown as it sits now. So, mick, you repair these should I purchase it and need it fixed?

At the Monroe swap meet I saw one like oldnfuelish posted. It was priced at $700.
