Being that the top part was a porcelin finish I didn't try to blend it in fear of the paint eventually lifting from the porcelian , I just taped it off abruptly at the repaired portion and painted it . Even with out the blend the green color matched almost perfect . I like SINCLAIR and old American made stuff ... No china items.
