Hi everyone! Is anyone familiar with a tire pump made of brass with Ford insignia on each side of the base? This pump also has a wooden handle. I have an image but am not sure how to send it. I would like to find out when this pump was manufactured. Thanks

Sounds like a Ford Model T item. Made anywhere from 1903 up until they changed and made them out of tin. The last T was a 27.The old guys can be more specific as to the brass dates.

Cliff,
You may want to post on the Model T ford club web site. If it is brass, it is most likely T era 1909-1927. information that would be helpful.
Is it a single brass tube or a double.
Diamond tread around the Ford script or just the Ford script.
Also, there may be a number cast on the iron foot. That number will tell a lot.
I know just enough to get in trouble, but the guys on the site know every screw nut and bolt.
Go to the following web site then to the forum. WWW.MTFCA.COM

Good luck!
John
