I came across what I think is a Hayes 1928 pump. It has very unusual "fluted" skins. The fluting is referred to as bends in Jack's book page 178. I haven't found any pump id tag on it yet.

I have also been told it might be a clear vision, any help would be appreciate

Hayes is correct. And the skins aren't "fluted"...fluting is different. Cool pump

Thanks for your comments. I scraped off a little crude on the bottom and found the ID Tag. It says Hayes Equipment Company.

Looks like it's missing the glass cylinder.... if you want to keep it original when you go to replace it you're going to need to find an etched cylinder.

Heya Ernie,
Is it already yours? If so, congrats on a nice find! I agree with Craig or it's not bad as is either.

Sheet Metal was bent in a Brake or Stamped.
Fluted skins have Inies instead of Outies stamped into sheet metal!
